Enel Green Power is the concessionaire and manager of the Serafini island’s dam, in service eponymous plant production of hydroelectric power. It founds with the sum of € 500,000 the Life project and, in particular, the work to defragment the Serafini island’s barrage, continuing one of the objectives of its mission to achieve better environmental sustainability of the system.   Make available , free of charge , to the Province of Piacenza the ground needed to achieve the fish passage and associated structures.

Enel Green Power, born in December 2008, is the Enel Group company dedicated to the development and management of power generation from renewable sources at the international level, present in Europe and the Americas.  It is one of the main operators, in international contest, in the field of power generation from renewable sources with an annual production of 25 billion kilowatt-hours produced primarily from water, sun, wind and geothermal.
